Within your deepest center resides your authentic self. The self is wondrous, connected, and alive. It has a gift to give this world. It has lessons it came here to learn, so that it may grow, ascend, and shine brighter. 

Through energy healing practices like Reiki, we learn how to connect with and embrace this light. We find safety in it, and get comfortable enough to allow the walls we have built around this light to come down. We learn to embrace its gifts, its wisdom, and its love. 

In return, this light spreads, and shines upon others.

Jonny Ahdout

I am a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master based in Los Angeles. I offer energy healing, intuitive guidance, Reiki training, workshops and retreats.

My work is informed by over a decade of studying wellness and spirituality, including meditation, somatic experiencing, energy work, and intuitive touch. My greatest teacher has been the higher consciousness I have learned to access through my practice.

Before moving into wellness and spirituality, I built a successful career in Hollywood and Tech. Having direct experience in high-stress creative and corporate environments allows me to be of deeper service to others navigating pressure, ambition, burnout, and the search for a more authentic life.

From a very young age, I learned to mask my authentic self and create a constructed self that was very good at attaining validation, affirmation, and a sense of safety. 

Over time, the split between my authentic self and constructed self expressed itself as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, irritability, compulsive behavior, loss of hope, and a disconnection from my values. Through asking for help, I was guided (in a multitude of ways) to reconnect with my spirit, and learned how to tune into a more subtle field of existence.

The continuation of this practice feeds my purpose. As I seek healing within myself, my skills grow, my compassion grows, and my capacity to help others grows. My work often centers on inner child relationship development, meditation, the human energy system, spiritual connection, and supporting those moving through addiction recovery.

Today, I get to live an integrated and authentic life. While it is not perfect, it certainly feels good. I wake up in the same body, in the same life, as a happy, whole, and inspired person. 

I cultivate and express my authentic gifts through helping others. I share what has been passed down to me to guide others home to themselves.
